Weldcote Adds LESSMANN Wheel, Cup and Shank Brushes to Its Abrasives Line

Weldcote’s new LESSMANN wheel brushes allow users to have more options for work applications.

KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA – July 2024 – Weldcote, a division of Zika Group, adds LESSMANN brushes to its abrasives line. The line includes wheel, cup and shank brushes.

LESSMANN knot wire wheel brushes are designed for grinders, angle grinders and stationary machines used in preparation and reworking of bolt fillet and butt welds. They can be used horizontally and vertically, and remove scale, rust, paint, slag, rubber, residue, and can also be used for deburring.

LESSMANN cup brushes are designed for fast, heavy-duty work on large surfaces. The cup brushes include the knot wire cup brush, knot cup brush heavy duty and crimped wire cup brush. These brushes can be used for cleaning and deburring.

LESSMANN shank brushes are manufactured with a mounted shank for professional use. The shank brushes include a cup brush with shank and end brushes with shank. The cup brush with shank is ideal for working on medium and large areas. The end brushes with shank are designed for cleaning and deburring hard-to-reach areas and removal of paint, rubber excess, cleaning moulds and castings.
